What if I book and need to cancel later?
Life happens. If you can’t make it on your booked date, we will happily amend your date for you.
If you can’t make it at all, ever, then we will refund you.
Do you take cash payments?
First preference is an online payment through this website. Second is a card payment on site with my Yoco machine. Cash payments are my least favourite but I won’t say no.
What happens after I finish the intro course?
Your language learning pathway continues! Everyone has to book and complete the intro course before moving on to the intermediate and advanced courses. For that reason, the intermediate/advanced courses are only advertised to past customers and can’t be booked online.
What do I need to bring with me?
Bring an open mind! You don’t need to worry about reading, writing or homework. Refreshments will be available, but you’re welcome to bring a water bottle or some snacks to graze on while we learn.
